Please read this before requesting a commission, by contacting me you accept my terms and conditions

▸ generalities

⋆You must be at least 18 years old to ask me for a commission. If you are a minor, I will demand to speak with your responsible adult.
⋆ I am within my rights not to accept a commission. If I reject your request please do not insist because I will end up blocking you
⋆ If you have questions you can write to me through X, if you have me in discord friends you can also write to me there.
⋆ If you break any of these rules you will be instantly blacklisted.

▸Payments

⋆ Payment will be entirely up-front and through paypal, and work will only start once I have received the entirety of the necessary payment.
⋆ If the payment was not made within 72 hours it will be canceled
⋆ I will not accept refunds requests after sending you the sketch, I can still refund you if I decide I am not qualified to make your commission.

▸Revisons

⋆ Revisions are accepted throughout any point within the time window of work provided, but the degree of change allowed depends on the phase of my work.
⋆ You will be provided a sketch and line art (with base colors included) to revise.
⋆Changes at the sketch level can be drastic, however, allowed adjustments are much smaller at the final delivery. I reserve the right to decide what constitutes as a small and thus valid change at this period.

▸Deadline and delivery

⋆ The deadline will be flexible and depend on the size of the commission, but the expected time window ranges from one to four weeks. An average of two weeks can be expected.
⋆ Delivery will be done through the provided e-mail. This can be done as single-files, or if requested, in a google drive folder.

▸ Communication

⋆ Communication will be provided exclusively via Discord, VGen or X, and the client can ask about whatever detail they may need before and after work on the commission has started. This includes questions regarding my service, or the commission itself.
⋆ There is a high likelihood I will need to ask further questions regarding the details of characters and the like, and would appreciate a swift response. Deadline changes may apply in the case of the client taking too long to respond to these questions.

▸ Copyright

⋆ I, as the artist, hold all the copyright of my artwork. Therefore, it is strictly prohibited:
╰┈➤ Modify or alter the artwork.
╰┈➤ Use it for other purposes that weren't discussed previously.
╰┈➤ Use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
╰┈➤ Use the final piece in AI generators. If you do, you will be instantly blacklisted.

As I mentioned before, the only commissions I am willing to accept will be through vgen and X. I do consider orders on YCH commishes as well, so feel free to choose where to place your order.
